By using NoiseDisplay ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

NoiseDisplay is a free web-based ambient noise and display tool. It generates sounds in your browser and provides full-screen display modes for focus, sleep, and relaxation. The Service is provided free of charge and supported by optional tips and advertising.

3. Use of the service

You may use NoiseDisplay for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service; use the Service in any way that could harm other users or the infrastructure; or misrepresent your affiliation with NoiseDisplay.

4. Intellectual property

The NoiseDisplay name, logo, and design are the property of NoiseDisplay. The audio synthesis code and visual scenes are original works. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

5. Third-party content

The Service may embed YouTube videos for visual display modes. These videos are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and are owned by their respective creators. NoiseDisplay does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

6. Tips and payments

Optional tips are processed by Stripe. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. They do not entitle you to any additional service or support.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoiseDisplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
